Wonderful Rye Bread

1 1/8 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups rye flour
2 teaspoons carraway seeds
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your
machine’s manual. Select the “Wheat”, “Whole Grain”, “Basic” or “White”
cycle and press “Start”.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
