Whole Wheat Raisin Bread



7/8           cup  water
1         tablespoon  butter
1 1/2    tablespoons  sugar
1/2      teaspoon  salt
1/2           cup  whole wheat flour
1 1/2           cups  bread flour
1           teaspoon  yeast
1         tablespoon  dry milk
1         tablespoon  sesame seeds
1         tablespoon  flax seeds
1/2           cup  raisins

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine’s manufacturer.  Process on the appropriate cycle.

Add raisins near end of last knead cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 pound loaf.
