Whole Wheat Bread



1 1/4           cups  water
2        tablespoons  olive or vegeable oil
1/4           cup  honey or maple syrup
3               cups  100% white whole wheat flour or
regular whole wheat – (to 3 1/2 cups)
1/4           cup  sunflower, sesame or flax seeds — or combination
1         tablespoon  vital wheat gluten
1 1/2      teaspoons  salt
1 1/2      teaspoons  instant yeast

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine’s manufacturer.  Process on the Basic cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
