Taco Cheddar Bread



1 cup water — plus
2 tablespoons water
3 cups bread flour
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon dry taco seasoning mix
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast or instant yeast

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your
machine’s manufacturer. Process on the Basic White cycle, Medium or Light
Crust setting.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
