Smoked Salmon with Capers and Lemon
1 pound of Salmon
1 jar capers
2 lemons, cut into wedges
1 onion, diced
¼ cup dill, minced
• Serve salmon on a large platter with capers and onions sprinkled on top and lemons alongside.
• Scatter dill over the top and serve.
