Any recipes to make a fun and different cake?

I’m homee, but really bored. Does anybody have recipes that i can make a cake from home with? I have the betty crocker chocolate cake that comes in a box, but i dont just want to make a boring old cake. How can i make an interesting one?

   Dark Chocolate Orange Cake

   1 cup milk
   2 eggs
   1 1/2 cups flour
   1 tsp baking powder
   1 tsp vanilla
   1 1/4 cups sugar
   1/2 cup cocoa
   1tsp baking soda
   2 tbsp melted butter
   Juice and zest from 1 large orange.

   Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 the zest.
   Beat with electric beaters until creamy.
   Pour batter into foil lined tin.
   Bake 170c approx 1 hour 15 mins.
   Make your favourite chocolate frosting using the remaining zest.
   This cake is so moist, it is awesome.
