Pizza Bread II
1 package Eagle Mills San Francisco Sourdough mix
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup thinly-sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Add Eagle Mills bread mix and water to bread machine as instructed on
package. Add remaining ingredients on top. Use “regular” or “basic”
setting. Do NOT use delayed cycle.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Comments: Add a salad and eat as a hearty main course meal.
