Italian Cracked Wheat And Pepper Bread



2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup cracked wheat
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3/4 teaspoon coarsely-cracked black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 cups water

Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by
machine’s manufacturer. Process on basic cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
