Green Goddess Dressing



Children love this dressing.

¾ cup of mayonnaise
2 scallions with four inches of green left on thinly chopped
2 tbs. chopped flat leaf parsley
2 tsp. dried tarragon – or use 2 tbs. of fresh without twigs
2 tsp. snipped fresh chives

Optional:

2 anchovy fillets, minced

1. Blend in a blender.
2. Refrigerate for one hour.

Yield: ¾ cup
