Fruit with Amaretto Cream



1 1/2 tablespoon Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh fruit

1. In small mixing bowl combine Amaretto and brown sugar.
2. Add sour cream and mix well.
3. Prepare at least 2 hours before serving.
4. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar.
5. Put fruit into sherbet glasses or small soufflé dishes.
6. Drizzle with sauce.

Note: This is especially good with strawberries, blueberries and green grapes.

Yield: Serves 4
