Eggnog
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1. Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in slowly sugar and salt.
3. Beat in vanilla.
4. Stir in mixture of evaporated milk and water (or 3 cups of milk), and nutmeg.
5. Chill for 2 hours.
Yield: Serves 6
