1 cup water
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Hot sauce, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pound cooked, shelled and chopped crayfish tails
