Chocolate Whipped Cream for Chocolate Cake Roll

2 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup whipping cream

1. Stir sugar, cocoa and vanilla into cream.
2. Chill two hours.
3. Beat until stiff.
