Corn Casserole



2      cups          corn, cream-style
1/4  teaspoon      pepper
1      cup           dry bread crumbs — med. fine
1      cup           milk
2      tablespoons   chopped green bell pepper
1      teaspoon      salt
4      ounces        cheddar cheese — cut in strips
3      slices        bacon — cut into 1 1/2″ leng

Combine first 6 ingredients.  Pour into 10×6x2″ baking dish.  Arrange
alternate pieces of bacon and cheese across top.  Bake at 325 degrees for
1 hour.
