Chocolate Fudge



1 cup minus 1 tbs. whole milk
2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
4 tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1. Butter an 8 inch square pan.
2. Using a large heavy saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat
