Baked Rice with Green Chiles
3 cups cooked white rice
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
1 teaspoon chile powder (1 to 2 teaspoons)
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chiles — drained
Heat oven to 350ş. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
