Spinach Balls



2 packages frozen chopped spinach — thawed and drained
1 medium onion — chopped
6 eggs — beaten
1 teaspoon accent. seasoning mix
3/4 cup melted butter
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons garlic salt

Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.

Yield 60 balls or 100 if using a teaspoon for each ball.
