Smoked Salmon Rolls
8 ounces cream cheese — softened
3 tablespoons sour cream — or yogurt
1/2 pound smoked salmon — thinly sliced
2 ounces red caviar
Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream. Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with the mixture. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Served chilled.
